Standard Delivery 

1. We offer the fastest shipping in the industry which means once an order has been received/confirmed/paid there is a NO REFUND POLICY.  Orders will be shipped out before 6pm every day.

2. Our collaborative delivery partner is J&T Express and Pos Laju. 

• West Malaysia estimated delivery: 1-3 days
• East Malaysia estimated delivery: 1-5 days
• Sabah & Sarawak: 3-7 days

3.  In the unusual event a bottle is damaged upon delivery, damaged items will qualify for full replacement, credit or refund. If in the unusual event you do experience a problem with your order please contact us for replacement within 7-days of receipt of delivery. Please inspect and document with photographs to assist in a speedy replacement process. Additionally, we may require the return of unopened/damaged bottles. We may offer a replacement, discount, refund, or an account credit to be used for a later store purchase. 

Same Day Delivery 

1. Only Klang Valley area ia available for same-day delivery. For gift orders that require speed of delivery, we do offer same-day delivery by using Lalamove delivery service.

2. Please remark your ideal arrival date & time at the "remark" column at your check-out page.  

3. Same-day delivery fix price is RM30. If your area shipping fees is higher than RM30, additional fees will be charged. 

Self Pick Up (COD)

1. Please remark your pick-up date and time in the "remark" column at your check-out page for further arrangement and please take note that we will need 1-3 hours to arrange, so please do not place last-minute orders.
