Four Pillars is probably the most recognized Australian gin currently on the market, and flies off the shelf for good reason. Created in Yarra valley, it is made with '4 pillars' in mind , the still, the water, the botanicals and love, hence the name. The Spiced Negroni Gin is the first gin designed to be made into a Negroni. This is done by boosting the amount of Tasmanian pepper-berry leaf and cinnamon, and adding Grains of Paradise, organic blood orange and ginger. These all work in tandem to help complement the bitterness that the Campari brings to the cocktail. Familiar spice nose with hits of rhubarb and woody spice, which then becomes warming spice with ginger and cinnamon. Long oily finish with hints of orange. Perfect as you would expect in a Negroni.
