The return of the Old Pulteney whisky liqueur! It's been revived and rejuvenated as the Old Pulteney Stroma, named after a Scottish island just off the North East coast where the Pulteney distillery resides. The island's name originates from the Norse phrase "island in the stream", in reference to the notably dangerous waters surrounding it, which is alluded to in the Stroma's beautiful windswept packaging.
Old Pulteney's Stroma has been bottled at a higher strength than their previous whisky liqueur. It is made with a blend of whiskies from the maritime distillery's selection, resulting in a sweet, robust liqueur. Served over ice, it's an excellent drink that's perfect to sip while broodingly staring out into the ocean
